Sara Sheridan was appointed as Director of Customer Insight at Liberty Global in 2017, in order to define and lead a new Insight capability to compliment the Analytics function within the Global Data & Analytics group. As a central function within Liberty Global, Sara partners with commercial, strategy, programming, marketing and product teams across LG and it’s European OpCo businesses. Previously Sara was Head of Insight for BT TV and BT Sport, managing a team to identify consumer acquisition and retention opportunities for Pay TV and Sports in the UK. Sara was Director at MTM between 2012-2016, a strategy and research agency specialising in helping media and technology brands to grow across broadcast, advertising, Pay TV and digital entertainment platforms. Previous to that, she developed her skills agency side at Sparkler and Firefish Ltd. Sara graduated with a BA in English from Cambridge University in 2007. She lives in London with her cricket obsessed Fiancé and English Bulldog, Basil.
