Marketing Director for TV and SVOD | Orange France
Currently Marketing Director for TV and SVOD at Orange France, I am in charge of all subscriptions’ P&L for Orange’s 7 million TV customers. As such, I work on improving penetration and ARPU, as well as limiting churn. My position includes tailoring the range of TV packages, their value proposition an potentially their bundling with access or other entertainment offers. Verticals revolve around Cinema & Series, Sports and Family, alongside standalone SVOD services like CanalPlay or Netflix, or the newest mobile-first initiative geared towards Millennials : Pickle TV.
Previously, as Director Home and Content for Orange in New York, I focused on identifying consumer trends, disruptive business models, innovative services and actors in the content and wireline ecosystems in North America. Prior to coming to the United States in 2010, I held several positions in France Telecom Group in Europe, including on digital music: within Orange’s Content Line of Business, I helped launch multiscreen music download and streaming services in 9 countries, and took charge of music offers and value propositions across the Orange footprint.
