Matt works with a broad range of stakeholders in the technology and media sectors, enabling consumer-focused organisations to understand and adapt to consumer needs, behaviour and trends. This insight supports the development of compelling new propositions, effective targeting and campaigns, as well as enhancing the customer experience. He has spent the last 20 years working a diverse range of environments, including Ipsos MORI, Nielsen, Gartner, Analysys Mason and the BBC.
