Building a next-generation personalised TV experience for multiple markets

We explore how A1 Group has deployed a multi-country, next-generation TV platform (currently in Bulgaria, Austria, Slovenia and Croatia) that combines a personalized content experience and seamless blending of operator content and popular streaming services. You will hear why the Pay TV operator (and digital services/communications provider) embarked on a mission to create a consistent TV brand and service, and how it achieved this, including four country launches in nine months. We take a look at the implementation details and explore the UX and backoffice innovations underpinned by A1 Group’s project partner, Zappware.
